Cookie pre-orders open at the start of each month. Our dispatch days are currently Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

Your cookies will arrive to you 1-2 days after your selected dispatch date. Rural areas will take 2-3 days. Please note that an extra day delay may occur during busy seasons e.g. christmas.

If there is an issues arise please contact us 48 hours within your dispatch date.
Butter Baby does not take any responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen. However, if your package does get lost please drop us an email or message and we’ll help you as best as we can on a case by case basis.

Our cookies can be kept for up to 10-14 days until they start to lose their quality.

Orders cannot be cancelled or amended after they’re placed. However you can drop us an email through our contact page and we’ll see if we can help.

Please drop us an email or message with your order number and we’ll re-send through your tracking number.

We follow a first come, first serve basis due to daily limited numbers. Drop us a message or pick the next best convenient date

No, our products contain traces of dairy, nuts, eggs, peanuts, sesame seeds, soy, lupin and wheat. We do not cater for any allergens.
